Create your account and set up your organization
Getting Started
Currently uses organizations to group teams and projects. When you sign up, you can either create a new organization or join an existing one using an invitation code.
Personal Information
Create your account with basic information
Full Name
Enter your full name as it will appear in your profile
Email Address
Use a valid email address. You'll need to verify it to complete sign-up
Password
Choose a secure password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and number). Make sure both password fields match
Organization Setup
Create a new organization or join an existing one
Create New Organization
Organization Name
Choose a name for your organization (e.g., "Acme Corp"). This will be visible to all team members.
Organization URL
A unique URL slug is automatically generated from your organization name. You can customize it, but it must:
- Be at least 3 characters long
- Contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
- Be unique (a timestamp is automatically added to ensure uniqueness)
Join Existing Organization
Invitation Code
If you've been invited to join an organization, enter the invitation code provided by your team admin. You can also use an invitation link which will automatically fill in the code.
Tip: If you received an invitation via email, the invitation link will automatically pre-fill your email address and set you up to join the organization.
What Happens Next?
Email Verification
After signing up, you'll receive an email to verify your account. Click the verification link to activate your account.
Account Created
Once verified, your account is ready to use. If you created an organization, you'll be set as the owner. If you joined an organization, you'll have the role assigned by the admin.
Organization Access
You'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can start creating projects and collaborating with your team.
Organization Roles
Understanding the different roles in an organization
Full control over the organization. Can manage all aspects including members, invitations, and organization settings. Can delete the organization.
Can manage members and invitations, but cannot delete the organization. Has access to all organization resources.
Basic access to organization resources. Can view and participate in projects, but cannot manage organization settings.
