Project Settings

Manage project details, priority, status, and configuration

What are Project Settings?

Project settings allow project owners to manage all aspects of a project, including its name, description, priority, status, progress, dates, and more. Only project owners can modify these settings.

Accessing Project Settings

Navigate to Project

Open the project you want to manage from your Projects page

Open Settings Tab

Click on the "Settings" tab in the project navigation. Only project owners will see the settings options.

Updating Project Details

Basic project information you can modify

Name

Change the project name. This is displayed throughout the application and should be clear and descriptive.

Emoji

Update the project emoji to visually identify it. Choose from the emoji picker to select a new emoji.

Description

Update the project description to reflect its current purpose and goals. This helps team members understand what the project is about.

Managing Priority and Status

Control how your project is prioritized and tracked

Priority

Set the project priority level:

HighUrgent projects that need immediate attention
MediumStandard priority projects (default)
LowProjects that can be handled when time permits

Status

Update the project status:

ActiveProject is currently in progress
On HoldProject is temporarily paused
CompletedProject has been finished

Progress

Update the progress percentage (0-100) to reflect how much of the project has been completed. This helps track project completion and is included in the AI briefing.

Setting Project Dates

Track project timelines with start and end dates

Start Date

Set or update the project start date. This helps with timeline tracking and planning. You can set this when creating the project or update it later.

End Date

Set or update the target completion date. This is useful for deadline tracking and helps the AI briefing understand project timelines.

Archiving Projects

When to Archive

Archive projects that are completed, cancelled, or no longer active. Archived projects are hidden from your main Projects list but can be accessed later if needed.

How to Archive

In Project Settings, scroll to the bottom and click "Archive Project". Confirm the action. The project will be archived and removed from active project lists.

Unarchiving

To unarchive a project, go to your Projects page and toggle "Show Archived". Find the archived project and click "Unarchive" to restore it.

Project Limits by Plan

Different plans have different limits for projects

Free Plan

3 projects per organization. Archive projects to create new ones within the limit.

Pro Plan

Unlimited projects per organization.

Team & Enterprise Plans

Unlimited projects per organization.
